First clip from Burlesque

The marketing for Steve Antin’s Burlesque is kicking off.  Sony Pictures recently released the first trailer for the film, and now released (via Moviefone) a new clip. The film stars Christina Aguilera, Cher, Kristen Bell, Peter Gallagher, Eric Dane, and Stanley Tucci. Susannah Grant wrote the script along with Steven Antin, who also directed.

Christina Aguilera stars as Ali, a small-town girl, who escapes to follow her dreams in Los Angeles. There, she comes across The Burlesque Lounge and lands a job as a cocktail waitress, but vows to become a performer. With the help of a stage manager (Stanley Tucci), she gets a job as a performer.
