Feig & Apatow team up on Wiig flick

Judd Apatow is re-teaming with Paul Feig once more, this time to collaborate on the yet to be titled production that stars Kristen Wiig, reports Variety. The two worked previously on several episodes of the popular television show Freaks and Geeks, for those curious as to what linked the two prior to this. Feig will be jumping into the director’s chair for this feature with Apatow producing. No word on what the story is about, but Universal Pictures wants this puppy out fast with the spring start they’ve already got set up for filming.

Wiig is definitely the in-demand comedic actress at this time. The Saturday Night Live actor is appearing in several comedies that include Date Night, Paul and MacGruber. The actress is also lending her voice for two animated features, those being How to Train Your Dragon and Despicable Me.
