Evans gets a Puncture
Chris Evans certainly will not end up getting the role of Steve Rogers/Captain America, but he can definitely get others. A fine example of this is him snagging the lead role in Puncture that’s being directed by Adam and Mark Kassen, reports Variety. The picture is written by Chris Lopata, a David and Goliath law drama about a drug-addicted lawyer who takes on a health supply corporation while battling his own personal demons.
He headlines a cast that includes Michael Biehn, Vinessa Shaw and Brett Cullen. Mark and Adam Kassen will be producing the independent picture under their Kassen Brothers Production along with Like Minded Pictures. Filming will take place in Houston with a yet-to-be-announced 2011 release date. Evans will appear on the big screen once more in the adaptation of the comic book The Losers on April 23rd.
