No purchase necessary to enter and win.  Void where prohibited .  Open to legal U.S residents  except current members, writers, owners, managers, programmers, or other employees or contractors of killerfilm.com.   Prizes are not redeemable or refundable.   Prizes may be substituted should they be unavailable due to any circumstances beyond the sites control.  No cash substitutions will be allowed.

Contest winners will be contacted via email within two (2)  business days of the contest end date.  Parcipants will be expected to reply and verify their shipping information within three (3) business days of the email notification.  Failure to respond to the verification email within three (3) business days will forfeit the contest prize.  Killerfilm.com is not responsible for any unforseen circumstances,  technical difficulties, or incorrect contact information that may result in the participants disqualification.  Killerfilm.com reserves the right to choose an alternate winner in the event the parcipant fails to respond in the allotted time.   Entry shall serve as participants agreement to have their name posted on killerfilm.com in the event the participant wins the contest.  Contest ends May 26th, 2009
