Downey Jr. in for Iron Man 3?

Before the Jon Farveau directed sequel Iron Man 2 is released into theaters, people are already questioning star Robert Downey Jr., seeing if he will don the armor once more prior to possibly making an appearance in The Avengers movie. The Associated Press (via CS!) got to ask the question to Downey Jr., and this is what they were able to scoop up.:

Galifianakis said he expects to begin work this fall on the sequel to “The Hangover,” while Downey said he aims to suit up for a third “Iron Man” flick

You can loosely call that a confirmation of sorts, since nobody else has yet to confirm that claim. Regardless, Robert Downey Jr. will be in Iron Man 2 from Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios in theaters and IMAX on May 7th.
