Don Quixote filming once more?

The Man Who Killed Don Quixote has some life still left in it as reports point out that Terry Gilliam is putting together all sorts of money and locations together for a fall start for the production-hell filled picture, says The Playlist. Robert Duvall is attached to play Quixote, but unfortunately there will be no Johnny Depp in this version of the feature. No word on who will be co-starring with Duvall, but you can always make a guess or two on it. The script is co-written by Gilliam and Tony Grisoni, who’s previous credits include the Red Riding Trilogy.

There has been many battles due to bad locations, the lack of money and actors falling in and out of the picture that have prevented The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus director from continuing on until now. If he does have a studio or money-filled production company backing up this film, who could play the role of the poor fool who gets transported back in time and is mistaken to be Quixote’s loyal sidekick Sancho Panza?
