Details on Wachowski’s Cobalt Neural 9

 

The Wachowski Siblings are preparing for their next, Cobalt Neural 9,  the film is involves a homsexual relationship between an American soldier and a Iraqi. They develop a plot to assassinate President George W. Bush. 
The film takes place in both the future and the recent past, though apparently within an altered history.

The title of the scipt will be changed since the term Cobalt Neural 9 is just to cause debate about it’s meaning.

Cobalt Neural 9 budget will be around $20 mil
