De France looking for Hereafter

cecile-de-franceVariety reports that High Tension star Cecile De France will be on board to be in Hereafter. The film is directed by Clint Eastwood and penned by Peter Morgan who’s previous writing credits include Frost/Nixon and The Damned United. The thriller centers on three individuals who all encountered different experiences with death and how it affected each one of them. De France will co-star alongside Matt Damon in the Warner Bros Pictures feature.

Filming is currently underway for the project which is prepared to be released in theaters sometime in 2010. Matt Damon is in several other projects, his most recent big screen release will be yet another Clint Eastwood film called Invictus. Damon is expected to come out with Paul Greengrass in their newest collaborative project entitled Green Zone with the talented actor already casted to be in the remake of True Grit.
