Dark House nabs Top Honor at Shriekfest Film Festival
Director Darin (Caught Up) Scott informed Killer Film that his newest feature – Dark House – won the Best Horror Feature Film award at the 2009 Shriekfest Film Festival. This scribe attended the screening last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a throwback to 80’s horror, with a nice mixture of practical and digital FX.
Shriekfest is an international festival and screenplay competition dedicated to getting horror/thriller/sci-fi/fantasy filmmakers and screenwriters the recognition they deserve.
