Craven announces when Scream 4 will start

In a recent interview in the Los Angeles Times, Wes Craven claims Scream 4 will start shooting in May of this year. He’s currently working on and finding a release date for his My Soul to Take.

Wes Craven, who directed the previous three, will be back in the director’s chair for this outing, as the script duties were again by Kevin Williamson. Look for a returning Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox, and David Arquette.

Scream 4 is a supposed new start to a new trilogy. Wonder if this film will go the New Nightmare route?
