Here it is folks! Â The trailer for the big budget remake of the 1981 classic film premiered online tonight and we have it here for you. What do you guys think?
Synopsis: In ‘Clash of the Titans,’ the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Aswesome. I loved the scenes with the Giant Scorpions.
Yep, they made the scorpions flippin huge. Most of the CG looked real sharp.
This is like Rock Star Greek Mythology… love it!!
Actually, as much as the 1981 Ray Harryhausen film has been a part of my life, this looks pretty wicked, minus that rock score.
All depends on the story, but the spectacle of the CG looks sweet.
My wife is saddened to learn that Bubo the Owl will not be in the redux.
