Cavanagh pins Yogi Bear

Submitted by Melissa Molina on November 30, 2009 – 8:27 pmNo Comment

Actor Tom Cavanagh arrives at the 35th Annual People's Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 7, 2009 in Los Angeles, California.Even though we preivously reported that T.J. Miller would be taking the role of Ranger Smith, that isn’t the case at all. Now it’s questionable with who he will be since Tom Cavanagh will be grabbing the role. Cavanagh is the male lead and romantic interest of a documentary filmmaker (Anna Faris) who comes to Jellystone Park to shoot a film (Variety). He will be joining the cast that includes Dan Aykroyd, who will be voicing Yogi Bear, and Justin Timberlake who will be voicing Boo-Boo.

Cavanagh has previously appeared in several television shows including the short lived Eli Stone and on the popular Scrubs. Filming is expected to begin in December of this year or January of 2010.
