Catch .44 scoops up a cast

Newcomer Aaron Harvey’s Catch .44 is getting quite the solid group of actors as Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker and Malin Akerman take on the lead roles in this upcoming production. The independent drama, written and being directed by Harvey, focuses on three women — led by Akerman’s character — being thrust into an extraordinary situation involving a psychopathic hitman, played by Whitaker, a grizzled trucker and a delusional line cook. Willis will play the head crime boss, the mastermind behind everything that happens (Variety).

Producing is Ted Schipper, Megan Ellison, Curtis Jackson, Jimmy Pressimono and Jonah M. Hirsch along with Randal Emmett and George Furla with Emmett/Furla Productions. Principal photography starts this July 11th in Shreveport, Louisiana with no set release date.
