Carpenter wants some Rabbit
Variety reports that actress Jennifer Carpenter finishes up the casting portion of The Hungry Rabbit Jumps. She joins up along with Nicolas Cage, January Jones and Guy Pearce in the thriller directed by Roger Donaldson. After his wife (Jones) is assaulted, a husband (Cage) enlists the services of a vigilante group to help him settle the score. Production has already started on the film penned by Robert Tannen. Producing on the feature is Tobey Maguire under Maguire Entertainment along with Ram Bergman and James D. Stern.
Carpenter was recently seen on the latest season finale of the hit Showtime Networks show Dexter. Cage can be seen in Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans in theaters now and Jones can still be seen in the some-what newly released film Pirate Radio.
