Bruno gets R rating!

Earlier we had reported that Sasha Baron Cohens upcoming follow up to Borat had been slapped with the dreaded NC-17 rating and would thus be a risky move on the studios part.   Today comes word now that after Bruno had been taken back to the MPAA for an appeal the film had then been reduced to the more bankable and respectable R rating.   Of course, this being from the mind of Mr. Cohen don’t expect it to be  a soft R rating.  The news came last night  through America’s favorite new addiction – Twitter.  The Twitter profile for Universal Pictures was the first to break the news stating the rating change.
