Breaking Dawn splits in half

Submitted by Melissa Molina on December 1, 2009 – 11:05 amNo Comment

breaking-dawn-book_331x501Collider reports that the fourth book in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, will be possibly split in half. If this change does happen, this will be going along in the same vein as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows with the change. At this point, especially with the huge dose of commercial success the entire series is having, it should not be a problem for Summit to wrangle up enough money to keep the actors at close bay. What will be the question is who will direct and if it’ll go on the fast track just like with New Moon and Eclipse with their movie adaptations.

Twilight Saga: New Moon is still on the constant rise, it’s domestic overall take being $230.9 so far. With its some what larger production budget and large fanbase, Summit will be able to continue the gravy train of Twilight a little bit more with the possible split. How they will approach the last piece of the series will be the most interesting part of this production.
