Borenstein is saying U.N.C.L.E.

Newcomer Max Borenstein is being tapped on to go and pen the big screen adaptation of the sixties television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E., says the Heat Vision Blog. The show follows the exploits of two secret agents who work for a fictitious secret international law-enforcement agency called U.N.C.L.E. (the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement). The Sam Rolfe developed series ran from 1964-68 on NBC, lasting for 4 seasons.

David Dobkin is already attached to direct the picture with Jeff Kleeman, John Davis and himself producing. Dobkin’s previous directorial credits include Wedding Crashers and Fred Claus. No word on when Warner Bros Pictures will have the film set for release at this time.

I've been in love with film ever since I was a kid. The time, effort and passion that runs through a majority most film is something that's always attracted me to this field. What ended up happening with my big appetite for all things going on in the industry turned from random blurbs on Facebook to an unexpected but fun job. College student by day, movie news writer by early morning...or any time in the day and night when more news arrives. Working towards my bachelor's degree in film, what a surprise. I do other things too, like draw, write stories, maintain a social life and feed my pet dragon Lockheed. If you want to know more about me, hunt me down and just ask.
