Batman sequel news and new title.

Last night the folks over at JOBLO got some rather interesting news on the upcoming The Dark Knight sequel from their visit at ShoWest.  It appears from their early reports that Christopher Nolan is in fact going to helm the last film in his Batman trilogy but that the film is tentatively titled Battle for Gotham.  Not really sure I agree with the title but its great to hear that work is still being done on the film while Nolan gets ready to film his latest movie Inception.

In regards to casting news it appears that early rumours of Johnny Depp taking on the role of The Riddler are in fact true.  The actor is discussing the role but of course his involvement is just that. Discusstions.  

Remember it is April fools today and anything you read might be a joke, so like all of us here at Killer Film remain skeptical until it’s confirmed.
