Avatar Day updates

Seems our early word was accurate, when we told you all that the upcoming Avatar footage that will be released on August 21st, as part of  ”Avatar Day”. It will, in fact, be released on 3D IMAX locations, as opposed to including standard 3D digital locations,  as was previously perceived.  Starting at 1:oo  PM Eastern Standard time, tickets will go ‘on sale’ online at Avatarmovie.com, which is expected to sell out quite fast, as hype for this film reaches a fever pitch.

On August 21st, the screenings will be shown twice now, at an expanded 16 minute time slot, at 6pm and 6:30pm ET.
