Are you ready to Chillerama with a new horror anthology?

DC recently caught up with Adam Green and it seems the unfortunate events of Hatchet II are not going to slow him down. Hopefully to be released sometime next year is Chillerama, a four-part anthology that looks to put the format back on track after a long dry spell.

“Chillerama concerns the final night in existence of the very last drive-in theater in America in which the owner decides that before everything closes for good, he wants to show four of the most — to quote Joe Lynch — “fucked up” movies in existence.”

“Wadzilla” by Adam Rifkin – A man goes for therapy to increase his sperm count with horrific results. This one will feature creature effects from Killer Klowns from Outer Space‘s Chiodo Brothers and apparently a scene in which a giant sperm monster attempts to impregnate the Statue of Liberty.

“I Was a Teenage Werebear” by Tim Sullivan – We all know what werewolves are, and if you are also aware of the gay “bear” subculture, you’ll know where this one is coming from.

“Zombie Movie” by Joe Lynch – The tagline, given by the man himself, was “When there’s no more room in Hell, the Dead will fuck the Earth!” Apparently, “Demon-Semen” will become a well-known phrase after this.

“The Diary of Anne Frankenstein” by Adam Green. Adam screened this in its entirety at Frightfest this evening, and it truly needs to be seen to be believed. An absolute laugh riot, it features Joel David Moore as a depressed Adolf Hitler, who discovers Anne Frank’s long-lost relative’s book of medical experiments. He uses it to create his ultimate killing machine – the Meshugganuh (Kane Hodder), which is quite simply the greatest Jewish re-animated corpse you’ll ever see on screen. Trust me, you won’t find as many laughs packed into a 20-minute period without trying very, very hard!
