Another new picture for Tron Legacy
Walt Disney Pictures and MTV Movies Blog presents the brand new picture of the sweet yellow light cycle in the upcoming sequel Tron Legacy.
Sure, some people still complain about there not being a top over the person with the re-design of the light cycle as in comparison or contrast to the one in the 1982 Tron film, but that still doesn’t stop it from being totally awesome looking.
Tron Legacy follows Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), who looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the digital world of Tron where his father has been living for the past 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant Qora (Olivia Wilde), the father and son embark on a life-and-death journey of escape across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
The science fiction action/adventure feature is directed by Joseph Kosinski and also includes Bruce Boxleitner, James Frain, Beau Garrett and Michael Sheen. The film comes out in theaters and in IMAX 3D on December 17th. Although December seems ages away, since we are at the start of 2010, be prepared in coming months to be bombarded by all good things Tron Legacy related.
