AFI unveils its top 10 films of the year

The American Film Institute has unveiled its annual list of best films of the year. Now already there has been a few ‘quibbles’ on the internets over the snub of Slumdog Millionaire but again keep in mind this is the AMERICAN Film Institue and thus must be an American Production for its inclusion in the list.

This years winners include:

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

The Dark Knight

Wall E

Iron Man

Wendy And Lucy

Frost/Nixon

Frozen River

Gran Torino

The Wrestler

Milk

Bear in mind the AFI flist is not the biggest awards indicator but just their best AMERICAN films they believe have the most to say and contribute to something to american cinema.
