2012 gets pushed back

The latest Roland Emmerich film to put humanity through the ringer 2012 has been pushed back from this summer to a late November release.   The film was moved up to the fall due to the lack of tent pole films  opening in the fall for Sony pictures entertainment.  Good move on the studio’s part as the film  will now open up against smaller anticipated films such as the Tooth Fairy and Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes adaptation.
