World War Z finally to get going?

After a few too many stutter steps to get a big screen adaptation of Max Brooks’ World War Z going (as it was once rumored to be large in terms of budget), Screen Daily is reporting that the production is gearing up to start shooting next month. Marc Forster will direct, and filming will last until Fall, as the production will have a global-sized photography planned.

Brad Pitt is still set to star as a UN researcher gathering stories of the great zombie war.
