We love the MPAA! Laid to Rest 2 nabs a NC-17!
According to Robert Hall’s Facebook page, his forthcoming sequel in Chromeskull: Laid to Rest 2 has just received the glorious NC-17 rating. This bodes well for the blood soaked (and I feel confident to say that) sequel. Image Entertainment is releasing the movie on Blu-ray and DVD in September, for which we all have our calendars marked.
We assume the NC-17 rating is due to the promised graphic violence, as actor Nick Principe (who plays Chromeskull) promised in our interview here.
