We could be seeing an Incredibles sequel
While have been wanting Pixar to keep making original projects, one film that many believe deserved a sequel Was Brad Bird’s The Incredibles. While there isn’t an assurance the film will get made, Brid told Collider there are some ideas. “I can’t say I’m actively working on it, but I have some ideas and if I ever get it all together into a story that is at least as good as the one we did, I’d be happy to return to that world. I love working with Pixar,” he said.
While Cars 2 was somewhat disappointing, Bird does cite Toy Story 2 as “a perfect sequel”, and would only want to make a worthy sequel to The Incredibles.
