WB rushing Man of Steel sequel?
It’s no secret that studios are anxious to turn any film into a potential franchise, and every film is made with idea of creating sequels. And unfortunately, studios sometimes get started on a sequel before the film is released. We’ve already heard rumor that WB is working on a sequel to Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel despite the film not being released until Summer 2013 (here). Well, CBM has heard the studio is already looking for locations to shoot the next film. Obviously this is just a rumor, and it would seem odd to get soo anxious to plan a sequel when it didn’t work out soo well when they planned Green Lantern 2 before it was released. But we already know this Superman film will be a success (financially).
