Wagner Moura joins Elysium
The cast for Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium seems to be coming together quite nicely. He’s already attached Sharlto Copley, Matt Damon, and Jodie Foster in the film, and it looks as though he’s just cast his villain. Sources are telling Latino Review that Wanger Moura (Elite Squad, Elite Squad 2) has joined the cast of Elysium in the role of a villain. Nothing is really know about the film, but Blomkamp describes the film as “set on another planet, but it’s cool. It’s violent, very violent, and very unique hopefully.”
Filming is scheduled to begin this July for a release next year.
