Val Kilmer teaming up with Wyatt Earp again
Perhaps one of Val Kilmer’s best performances was in 1993′s Tombstone as Doc Holiday, the story of Wyatt Earp and his brothers during the infamous Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Well, First Showing is reporting that Val is heading back to this familiar story in The First Ride of Wyatt Earp, which is described as a cool Young Guns version of the Kevin Costner Wyatt Earp film from 1994.
No, Kilmer won’t return as Doc Holiday, which is now played by Wilson Bethel (HBO’s Generation Kill ). Instead, he’s tapped to play Wyatt Earp! Hmm, like the choice? The film is being directed by Michael Feifer (Ed Gein: The Butcher of Plainfield).
This could be something of interest, as Kilmer has done a slew of DTV films recently of little importance.

My favorite Val Kilmer performance was in Tombstone, it was Oscar worthy IMHO.
But I don’t know about this one…
Val Kilmer looks like he ate Val Kilmer.
