Update on Pirates 5

Rob Marshall’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides became a big hit crossing the 1 billion mark, and it was obvious then that a fifth film would eventually be made. Surprisingly, the film has to begin moving forward. Writers were hired to pen the script a few months back, but nothing has been heard about the film since. The Hollywood Reporter was able to get a quick update on the film from Producer Jerry Bruckheimer. “We’re in the outline phase. We will lay out a story. We have a script, but we decided we could do better,” he said.
