Unused robot Hulk from Ang Lee’s maligned Hulk

Sure, Ang Lee is a great director as seen in The Ice Storm and his Hulk wasn’t too great. It experienced a huge second week drop and the backlash from fans. The film featured a CGI Hulk for the first time, over a green painted man like Lou Ferrigno, but the film was to original use a robotic Hulk when Bruce transformed. FX guru Steve Johnson has uncovered an unused pic and video:

Looks cool-ish, but sadly, I think CG was the correct way to go. Thoughts?
