Universal’s new Wolfman film: sequel or reboot?

After the lackluster success, both in box office returns and reviews, Universal was planning still another Wolfman film (here), but was it going to be a sequel (like we heard here) or a reboot?

The Moviehole is claiming Universal is going ahead with another reboot of the character, as Michael Tabb’s script is being rewritten and reworked to be an original film, although look for tying connections to the 1941 classic.

No title or star yet, but Universal is looking at directors soon. This will most likely be apart of their new DTV line, like Death Race 2, Blue Crush 2, and The Scorpion King 3.
