Two Green Lantern TV Spots
Was the recent footage from Martin Campbell’s Green Lantern from WonderCon (here) not enough to satisfy you? Well, two TV spots for the film have been released (via Movieweb). There’s a few glimpses of new footage within the videos.
Green Lantern opens on June 17th.

I may not be crazy about the costume’s ripple effect but the movie overall looks like it will be great visually. Looks like it will have all the action that lacked in Superman Returns. I’m hoping it’s great and that it succeeds. I just wish Hollywood would stop making wanna-be superhero movies that brings the genre down (My Super Ex-Girlfriend, Superhero Movie etc) and ones comic-based but done very badly (Batman & Robin, Catwoman). DC & Warners desperately needs Green Lantern to be a breakout hit to build more on their comic book division. They have a wealth of characters but they need to be done right. Green Lantern looks like it might be the next franchise. Now if only they get Superman right this next time.
