Top-secret Abrams project to be rewritten
If anybody remembers the marketing campaign for Matt Reeves’ Cloverfield, then they know that Director J.J. Abrams likes to keep his projects under-wraps. Deadline Hollywood is reporting that another one of Abrams’ top-secret projects over at Paramount, Zanbato (Working title), is being rewritten by Monica Breen and Alison Schapker (Lost, Fringe). Nothing is known about the film other than it’s described as “swashbuckling robots with swords”, and will involve Japanese history.
