Tom Raider returns in 2013
Lara Croft will finally be making her return to the big screen. A reboot has been in the works since 2009, but Coming Soon is reporting that GK Films has acquired the rights to the successful game franchise for an all-new reboot in 2013. “We are very excited to be rebooting what is already a hugely successful film franchise and continuing the ‘Tomb Raider’ phenomenon,” Producer Graham King of GK Films said. This comes just a few weeks after rumor broke of Olivia Wilde testing for the lead role (here). However, that doesn’t mean those rumors are true just yet.
