The Weinsteins and Anchor Bay become pals; will the Producer’s Cut of Halloween 6 finally get released?

Fangoria has news on the merger and the first thing that came to my mind is the producer’s cut of Joe Chappelle’s maligned sequel that has only been available on the bootleg market. Will the titan team-up mean it will get released in its original form before negative test audience screenings forced the Weinsteins to go back and have a ton of footage re-shot?
