The Strangers: Part 2 filming soon?

Looks like Relativity Media is finally gearing up for The Strangers: Part 2, according to Bloody-Disgusting.

Laurent Briet is replacing Bryan Bertino as director with filming to begin in April, although no casting as been announced. Briet has been known for being a VFX artist as seen in The Ring.

The possible plot follows the three mysterious figures (Man in the Mask, Pin-Up Girl, and Dollface) as they now stalk a family of four that is forced to live in an abandoned trailer after being evicted from their home. IMDb has Liv Tyler rumored to reprise her role as Kristen McKay, but we all know how unreliable IMDb can be. Also, we don’t know if it’ll be theatrical or DTV.
