The Simpsons may finally be coming to an end

Did you know The Simpsons is currently in its 23rd season? That’s longer than any other television show has ever run, but things may finally be coming to an end for the beloved series. Twentieth Century Fox TV has been threatening the cast to accept pay cuts or the current season of The Simpsons will be its last. However, The Wrap spoke to one of the producers for the show, and revealed that even if a deal can be made, the show can only go on for one more season.

Fox has already been paying less for each episode, and the show has no longer become profitable for the studio. The Simpsons will always be one of my favorite shows, but let’s face it, it hasn’t been as entertaining as it used to be. Still it’s sad the show may now be coming to an end.
