The Dark Knight Rises ending to be a VFX fest?

If there’s one word that could describe Christopher Nolan’s filming style for his Batman films, then it would be “old-school”. The director has used as minimal CG as possible in an age where many films depend on them. Well, rumor (via Comic Book Movies) is going around now the ending of The Dark Knight Rises will be completely done in VFX. Nothing much, or anything to be concerned about, but it does make one wonder just what Nolan has planned for the finale of his last Batman film.

  1. Seriously can’t wait for this next year. The only film I’m anticipating so much is the The Dark Knight Rises. But I almost think that it’s lacking a good serious bad guy! You think?

I was disappointed with Nolan’s choices. Honestly, I want to see villains never seen on screen before. But Hardy does look good as Bane. It’s Anne Hatheway as Catwoman that I’m worried about. I need to see some footage before I can judge, but Nolan just totally missed with the look of her character.

I wasn’t excited about the look of her either, but I’m giving Nolan the benefit of the doubt. He hasn’t let us down yet.
