The CW bringing a Deadman to life
With Smallville‘s 10-year run now over, The CW has been looking to bring more of DC’s properties to life (here). We’ve heard rumblings about a Teen Titan’s Raven getting a TV series (here), but The CW is wanting to bring Deadman to life. Deadline is reporting that Supernatural creator Eric Kripke will be writting the script for a live-action series based upon DC’s Deadman, “the spirit of a murdered man, Boston Brand, who lives on as he inhabits other people’s bodies and helps them solve crises in their own lives.”
The character probably isn’t the first choice of fans, but it’ll be interesting to see if this show will run as long as Smallville did.
