The Crow reboot has a new director and writer
Now that Relativity Media and Dimension Films have settled to develop The Crow reboot together, things can now get moving forward again. The studios announced today that a deal has been made for  F. Javier Gutiérrez to direct the film, and Jesse Wigutow will do some rewrites on the film.  Gutiérrez was in talks to direct the film a year ago, but it wasn’t until Juan Carlos Fresnadillo dropped out of the project that the studio came back to thim. Snagging a director has been the biggest obstacle for the film, and hopefully this one stays.
We can likely expect to hear news of lead actors for the role soon.
