Teaser poster for WWE’s No One Lives
Despite the one entry the WWE made into horror with the Kane-starring See No Evil, some fans have been eager to see something, anything on WWE’s next horror film, No One Lives. Right off the bat, there’s hope. While The Big Red Machine’s slasher was brutal and mean, it wasn’t that good, and was perhaps too nihilistic for its own good -Â plus it was directed by a former porn director.
No One Lives has a dependable director in Ryuhei Kitamura, who’s directed the cult hit Versus, as well as the better-than-Lionsgate-knew Midnight Meat Train. Also, the gore is being handled by Almost Human FX, Rob Hall’s company, who can easily bring the doom as we’ve seen in The Crazies and Laid to Rest.
Now, Twitch has the first teaser poster.
A ruthless criminal gang takes a young couple hostage and goes to ground in an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. When the captive girl is killed, the tables are unexpectedly turned. The gang finds itself outsmarted by an urbane and seasoned killer determined to ensure that no one lives…
NO ONE LIVES is a smart and original horror movie with at its heart a killer in the grip of a dark and twisted love affair.
Luke Evans, Adelaide Clemmens, America Olivo, and WWE’s Brodus Clay star. Film is looking at a 2012 release.
