Stephen Amell is Green Arrow
Development on the Green Arrow series (simply titled Arrow) for The CW is moving along quickly. The project was just announced earlier this month, but Deadline is reporting that Stephen Amell has already been cast in the lead role. David Nutter is already set to direct the pilot episode, but there’s word on when production will begin or when the pilot will air.
Why wouldn’t they use Justin Hartley?

That’s actually a good question. Hartley already has an established fanbase as Green Arrow, and it would be a neat way to have some cameos by Smallville actors.

Matt… they probably want to divorce themselves from the Smallville series and start fresh without some of the stigma some fans had towards that show
I thought it would be obvious Marcey… Reboot….
