Smallville returns in April……as a comic
We got word in early-December that Smallville would coming back with a season 11, but in the form of a comic book. Of course, that’s enough to get fans happy as they’ve been left without the series since it ended last May. But DC Entertainment has announced the first issue in the digital series will be available on April 13th. You will also be able to purchase the comics soon.
The story will pick up directly after season 11. “”Six months after Clark Kent donned the cape and took to the skies to save Earth from Apokolips… enter Season 11! New allies abound! New enemies afoot! And old friends return where they’re least expected! Pere and colorist Chris Beckett have done a fantastic job of capturing the look of the show and the players, and Gary and Cat are knocking it out of the park on covers.
