Shawn Roberts will return in Resident Evil 5

We’re already going to see some familiar faces in Paul WS. Anderson’s Resident Evil: Retribution with Milla Jovovich, Sienna Guillory, and other reprising their roles. However, Jovovich has revealed on her Twitter that Shawn Roberts will also be reprising his role as Albert Wesker. It’s unknown how his return will be explained as he apparently was obliterated at the conclusion of Afterlife.

But one thing to look forward to is that Jovovich mentions Wesker will be “more baddass than ever”. That’s good as his character came off as rather lame and not used enough, in my opinion.
