Pacific Rim gets a Son of Anarchy

Deadline is hearing that Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) is negotiating to join the cast of Guillermo Del Toro’s Pacific Rim. The film is about humanity using giant mechs to combat Kaiju that are rampaging cities accross the gloab. No details on what role Hunnam will be playing, but it’s safe to assume he could get climbing into one of those mechs to combat some monsters. The film will be directed by Guillermo Del Toro, and was written by Travis Beacham.
