One-sheet for Cameron Romero’s Radical
After a few films, many feel as if Cameron Romero won’t step out of his father’s large horror shadow. Yes, his father is George A. Romero, but that’s unfair to Cameron. His latest has a plot synopsis and an official one-sheet. This could be an interesting film. Radical is the story of three members of the American press being held captive by a calculating terrorist who taunts the US government with his arrogance and technological savvy.
The film stars Tom Sizemore and showcases a different take on horror than Romero’s previous film in Staunton Hill, as he tells Dread Central. “This is the real horror that people go through every day around the world, and the media always seem to cover it from a higher place or a conceptual level. I think it’s because it seems unbearable to think about individuals who go through horrible experiences and what it must be like during that time for them.”
The film has a March 2011 date, but follow it on its official site for more details.
