Now Lindsay Lohan wants to be Carrie
A few days back, Megan Fox expressed (here) deep interest in playing Carrie White in the upcoming remake of the debut novel from Stephen King in Carrie (here). FearNet and MTV are both claiming sources close to Lohan are claiming she wants to role.
To me, both are all wrong. On their worse days, Fox and Lohan look hotter than most of our girlfriends on their best days, but they both don’t look homily enough, like Sissy Spacek in the 1976 Brian De Palma film. Carrie White needs to be non-descriptive, someone who isn’t blossoming like the other girls in terms of style and looks, and Fox is godd*amn smokin’ and Lohan (if she’s off of drugs and beer) looks damn fine too.

I agree. Both are wrong for the role. Who will play Margaret White? Rebecca De Mornay makes a good sinister mom in the Mother’s Day Previews.
