Nicole Scherzinger is a “futuristic vixen” in MIB 3D

While production on Barry Sonnenfeld’s Men In Black 3D doesn’t seem to be going soo well right now(here and here), one thing we can look forward to is the casting of the sexy Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. Her casting was made official back in October (here), but we haven’t heard what role she would be playing in the film. In an interview with The Sun (via Digital Spy), Scherzinger revealed that she would be playing  ”the girlfriend of the lead character, Will Smith,” she said. Not only that, but Scherzinger boasts that her character will be “kinda badass in the movie”.

She even jokes this role could lead to winning an Oscar down the road.  ”Let me get my Grammy first, then a Brit of course, then who knows? An Oscar one day?”

Men In Black 3D is scheduled to resume production later this month for a release in May of 2012.
