New trailer and poster for John Carter

I know I’m not the only one who will get a slight case of deja vu at the beginning of the new trailer for John Carter. Think Attack of the Clones.

John Carter is all set for release on March 9, 2012.

Transplanted to Mars, a Civil War vet discovers a lush planet inhabited by 12-foot tall barbarians. Finding himself a prisoner of these creatures, he escapes, only to encounter a princess who is in desperate need of a savior.
